Background location tracking is only active during field visits and stops automatically when a visit is completed. Location data collected includes start and end coordinates of visits, route waypoints, distance traveled, and GPS coordinates attached to photos captured during visits.
2.3 Information from Third Parties
We may receive information from third parties, including:
- Email Integration: When you connect your Gmail or Outlook account, we access emails for lead capture functionality as authorized by you.
- Calendar Integration: When you connect your calendar, we access event data for activity logging.
- Payment Processors: Transaction confirmation and billing details from Razorpay, Stripe, or other payment providers.
- Analytics Providers: Aggregated usage analytics from services like Google Analytics.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the Service. If you close your account, we will delete or anonymize your data within 90 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal or legitimate business purposes.
6. Your Rights and Choices
6.1 Access and Portability
You can access and export your data at any time through your account settings. We provide data export in standard formats (CSV, JSON).
6.2 Correction
You can update your account information through the Service. Contact us if you need assistance correcting other data.
6.3 Deletion
You can request deletion of your account and associated data. Some data may be retained as required by law or for legitimate business purposes.

6.5 Location Permissions
You can enable or disable location access at any time through your device's settings. Disabling location permissions will prevent field visit tracking, route recording, and photo geo-tagging features from functioning. The core CRM features of the app will continue to work without location access. You may also choose to grant only foreground location access and deny background location access, in which case location will only be captured when the app is actively open on your screen.

Most browsers allow you to refuse or delete cookies. Note that disabling cookies may affect the functionality of our Service.
7. Children's Privacy
Our Service is not intended for children under 18 years of age. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If we learn we have collected information from a child, we will delete it promptly.

If you access our Service from outside India, your information may be transferred to and processed in India. By using our Service, you consent to such transfer and processing.
