1. No Refund Policy
At SalesTub, we provide a comprehensive 14-day free trial that gives you full access to all features of your chosen plan. This trial period allows you to thoroughly evaluate our CRM platform before making any payment.
Because we offer this generous trial period, all payments made after subscribing to a paid plan are non-refundable. We encourage you to make full use of the trial period to ensure SalesTub meets your business needs before subscribing.
2. Free Trial
Our 14-day free trial includes:
- Full access to all features of your selected plan
- No credit card required to start
- No automatic charges after trial ends
- Ability to invite team members and test collaboration features
- Access to customer support during the trial
If you do not subscribe after the trial period ends, your account will be suspended. Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted.
3. Subscription Cancellations
3.1 How to Cancel
You can cancel your subscription at any time:
- Go to Settings → Billing → Cancel Subscription in your account
- Or email us at billing@salestub.com
3.2 Effect of Cancellation
When you cancel your subscription:
- Your subscription remains active until the end of the current billing period
- You will not be charged for the next billing period
- You can continue to use all paid features until your subscription expires
- After expiration, your account will be suspended
- Your data will be retained for 30 days, after which it may be permanently deleted
3.3 No Pro-Rata Refunds
When you cancel your subscription, we do not provide pro-rata refunds for unused time. Your subscription will remain active until the end of the current billing period.
4. Plan Changes
4.1 Upgrades
When you upgrade to a higher-tier plan, the change takes effect immediately. You will be charged the prorated difference for the remainder of your current billing period.
4.2 Downgrades
When you downgrade to a lower-tier plan, the change takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds or credits are provided for the difference between plans for the current period.
4.3 User Reductions
If you reduce the number of users on your account, the reduction takes effect at the start of your next billing period. No refunds are provided for removed users during the current period.
5. Billing Errors
In the event of a billing error on our part (such as duplicate charges or incorrect amounts), please contact us at billing@salestub.com. We will investigate and correct any verified billing errors promptly.
6. Account Data After Cancellation
After your subscription ends or is cancelled, your data will be retained for 30 days. During this period, you can resubscribe to regain access to your data. After 30 days, your data may be permanently deleted.
