Which identity providers do you support?
We support all SAML 2.0 and OAuth 2.0 compliant identity providers including Okta, Azure Active Directory, Google Workspace, OneLogin, Ping Identity, and Auth0.
Is SSO available on all plans?
SSO is available on Professional and Enterprise plans. Enterprise customers also get SCIM provisioning and advanced security features.
Can I enforce SSO for all users?
Yes, Enterprise customers can enforce SSO-only login, preventing users from logging in with email/password.
How does user provisioning work?
With SCIM, users are automatically created in SalesTub when added to the appropriate group in your IdP. When removed, their access is instantly revoked.
Can I use multiple identity providers?
Enterprise customers can configure multiple IdPs for different user groups or subsidiaries. Contact sales for details.
